We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible.
You can cancel your order any time prior to delivery. If the product has reached you and is not required, we will only accept unopened products for hygiene reasons. To do this, please e-mail us on email@example.com, payment will be then refunded for the product which you have paid for (excl. P & P).
If you have received an item you consider to be faulty, incorrect or damaged in the post, please notify us by phone or email and return the item to us for refund or replacement.
In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
If your items are missing or faulty, please inform us through a written notice via email.
